Yeh i remember that tingly feeling under your cast dont worry its all normal! & If it really starts to itch like mad thats a really good sign that the bones are healing!.
The nostrils will be dry for a good while least till the cast is off. Im not sure if your nurse gave you nasal spray that you should take 5 days after op that helps loosen the gunk inside… Tbh with you in nearly 11 months post op and my nostrils are SO small inside im waiting for them to open up more but i have good n bad days breathing but withing a month or so you should be able to get some air up in them xx
