I suppose having overs help with this!? Obv they feel like rocks but you under girls must be so brave haah! The only thing that’s aching I my.neck from sleeping on my back.
I also recommend sticking to a diet consisting of Highh proteins as it helps repair. I’m still taking my gym supplements and protein shakes etc… Defiantly recommend girls could speed up recovery! I’m shocked with how better I’m feeling g each day myself x
