Post op day 6!

Hi ladies, so I’m post opp day 6 and was wondering what my breasts should feel like?? Also what pain I should be feeling?? Iv not had pain killers today and only 2yesterday…but feel alsorts going on but mostly uncomfortable and odd shap pain which feel more if iv been sitting and get up. Xx

Your having the strapping off aren’t you tomorrow? Had mine done today and it felt AMAZING hahaha! Oh my god, it was literally instant relief. My hubby couldn’t come in with me as we had our oldest son with us, and when I walked out he said ‘blimey you’re like a different women’ lol! Don’t get me wrong I’m still uncomfortable and I can’t move my arms about properly, but having the stapling off has made a big difference. Still got lots of fuzzing and bubbling in my boobs and some sharp burning pains too but the nurse said that my incisions are healing really well. She said that u was prob so uncomfortable with the strapping on as they are quite swollen still, but she wasn’t worried and said it will improve. Had my first shower tonight aswell which was lovely 🙂
I hope tomorrow brings you the same relief Hun xxx

yayyyy so happy for you Hayley I really am….iv left my Macom bra off as honest with strapping it felt like my breast wanted to explode so tight…after I took it off iv been much better and the swelling gone down so they no longer feel like coconuts lol…did it hurt to have strapping off?im kind of dreading it:/ yes it’s tomorrow and I cannot wait to have a shower I feel so horrible under strapping. Xx

No I promise you it doesn’t hurt at all, it was all off within about 45 seconds and then she just peeled off the dressings on my incisions. I thought it would really hurt as I had tried to peel a bit off at the top and it felt like it was super glued on lol! But she peeled it off from one side to the other and it just came off like a plaster! I was really surprised that she didn’t clean or re dress it, and when I asked if she would, she said that’s it and there’s no need.
You will be fine and I’m sure you will feel so relived to get it off and free those boobies hahaha 😉 xxx

Lol that’s been me iv been testing at pulling it off its so sticky…fingers crossed I get same news as you:), kind of nervous seeing them for first time. Xx
