Post op day 8 with dissolvable nose packing. Having my dressing and cast taken off tomorrow. Very excited. Looking forward to actually leaving the house to go for a walk. Fed up of watching TV. Really just want to go back to the climbing gym. No idea how to tell people / if anyone asks me whether I’ve had surgery done? Can you tell my brain is a net of thoughts atm haha!
