Post op drain incisions???

So my scars haven’t caused me any problems whatsoever (touch wood) but the tiny little holes where the drains were pulled out have been so painful since day one. At first the area was really swollen and felt like it had water retention under the skin. It went down after about 2 weeks. But the hole on my right side is still really sore. It feels like a little lump. Is this normal? I’ve never heard anyone mention this after their op.

I have these little marks I wondered what ther were until I just see this!! I thought the drains were down by the incisions! I haven’t had any pain from mine at all x

I’m 8 days post opp and mine have been killing me since day 1! I could deal with the pain from my boobs but I was that that was really hurting me, the swelling is starting to go down but still hurt the most.
