Post op girls.

I’m 6 days post op Iv only had my bra off once since I came out of hospital and got tight a tight elastic strap across them. I had unders and got to keep this strap on for another week. I see nurse tomorrow. I have a couple questions does everyone where their sports bra 24hours a day? And for how long for I was hoping after a week I would be doing a lot more but I feel I still can hardly move not because of pain but just feels tight and heavy sports bra and strapping itching and driving me mad. When I did take it off was like heaven ha but horrible putting it back on so have thought best to just leave it on. X

Hi hun you must wear your bra day and night 24/7 for at least 6 weeks. When I was allowed to shower properly I sat after braless for 10 mins just to make sure they where dry x

I’ve got my strapping on took my top strapping off two day ago as it was to much under my arm pit area and cutting in a lot. I’m using my macom bra and shock absorber I wear a bra 24/7 only take off to wash then straight back on. I can’t wait to get bottom strapping off. As it’s getting to much.

I had my boobs done yesterday and my surgeon took the strapping off today and im now wearing the sports bra until i see my nurse in a weeks time, i could not breathe with that bandage on tho! It killed me thank god i only wore it for a day lol. My sports bra still hurts but im just trying to not think about the pain xx

Hey chick this called a chest band and its instead of the strapping and is used for overs parts unders xx

U have to wear the sports bra for 6 weeks hun.. i took mine off here and there for 30 mins tops.. sounds like u need a new sports bra it shouldnt be uncomfortable.. the tightness and heaviness of ur boobs etc will ease with time x

Yeas as AMY says it must be wear with a sports bra I had to wear my band for 6 weeks with my sports bra xx
