Post op girls – advice

Hi girls!
Hope you are all recovering well!
Just looking for advice off those of you who are at different stages of recovery..
I’m 9pod, pain has gone, but I’m just wondering when other improvements started to happen for you, like…
When did you get full use of your arms back (still struggle to lift then high)
How long until your bruising died down?
When did your skin stop being overly sensitive to touch (like tingling sensation)
When did they stop being like overly swollen balloons haha?
What stage were your incisions fully healed?

And any others you can think of which I can look forward to?!

There’s lots of advice of the first week and what to expect which has really helped me a lot!
But not so much for after, I know everyone heals at different rates but would be great to start to have more things to look forward to, as at the moment not seeing huge change and feel a bit groggy, would be nice to know how long before I see other bench marks?

Hey Hun… I had mine done on 28th March so I’m a couple of months post op. I had overs after day 6 I felt completely normal I was back to my normal self. The next stage is your nipples go from being numb to overly sensitive, mine I couldn’t even let clothing touch they would make me feel sick 😂😂 that lasted for a good couple of weeks. Then as your boobs start to get feeling back in other places the nips die down. Arm moments was normal after 2 weeks. Driving was a bit awkward as the belt pushes when changing gear. I found myself holding them for support whilst driving. If you want to add me on Instagram mya_boobies_2015 you can see how much mine have changed and settled. It’s crazy! The hard balloon feeling goes by about week 3/4 my incisions did not fully heal till week 5 as the end stich was poking out on both boobs so I got infections. But antibiotics cleared it straight away. It seems like ages til your 6 week check and getting the all clear to wear bras. But week 3-6 flys by. Thanks so much @e-rigden my nipples are really sensitive now, I have to cover them in the shower even water going on the hurts, so glad it dies down 😀
