Hey Hun, I went back to the gym and started playing netball again at 6 weeks. On my first netball session back my coach decided to do skipping, jumping up and down and feeling my boobs bouncing was strange as I had nothing before but wasn’t painful or anything! Did u have under or over the muscle? I had under the muscle so when I do weights, even now I can feel the muscle but it wasn’t painful and I was able to do it fine. If the nurse said that u are ok to go I would listen to then as they know what they are talking about and wouldn’t put you at risk. I would just take it easy at first and see how you go, your body will tell you if you are doing too much! Xx
