Post op girls please look!

I have just had a shower and thought I have a proper look at my scars 4wk po to be freaked out slightly as there’s a hole in my left breast incision (which I did know was there) but it has scabbed and is yellowy? Please look at my pic should I be worried ? I have no pain or hotness in the breast an my other is fine – so hope it’s not an infection and if it is what happens? Xx

My friend had this same kinda thing, she was advised to clean with warm salty water for 2 days and if it got worse to talk to her PC but that cleared it up for her, it doesn’t look to bad i really wouldn’t worry just keep a close eye on it xx

Have the nurses seen the hole before the scab became like that I thought they would of at least put a steel strip on that little bit so it healed together properly instead of just leaving it I would send your PC a pic and ask her to get a nurse to look at it cos if it is the start of an infection it’ll be easier to treat if you do something about it earlier cxx

I have emailed a pic to my PC who has said she has passed it onto one of the nurses so awaiting a phone call! They must have seen it when taking my plasters off tho nothing was mentioned. Xx

Nurse wants to see me and advised I cover and keep it dry…I’m so worried it’s an infection wonder what will happen if it is 🙁 xx

They’ll probs just give you anti biotics and something to clean it with have you seen the nurse yet? Xx
