Post op girls PLEASE read

A few things I’ve read from people who have had problems in the following weeks/months after there surgery have been writing about what an awful experience they have had trying to get MYA to sort it out e.g having to have a reop due to CC and people with fluid and what not, this is really making me panic as I chose MYA as I liked the sound of the aftercare and I have spent so much money on this and got my op in 2 weeks! I’m hoping my op will go fine and I won’t have any problems but for peace of mind for myself I want to know that if something does go wrong it will be dealt with quickly and properly so not to make this a painful/stressful experience! Sorry for waffling on but it’s really made me panic and would be good to see some stories of people that have had a good experience with after care xxxx

I feel exactly the same and having my op Friday but just keep thinking it must be such a small number of girls and a lot of girls probably don’t come on this forum when they have had it done and really happy so you don’t get to read that so much xx

Yeah that’s what I keep thinking I suppose the happy people are to busy enjoying their new boobs to come on here haha. Just really starting to worry, as I’ve paid so much money and wanted this for so long and just want to know if I do have problems I’ll be treated properly, good luck for Wednesday hope it all goes well! So many more happy girls than complaining- Mya were great with me and I’m 1 week post pop- my only complaint was that my surgeon went missing for 4 hours! Lol.
I’ve rung them twice after surgery with questions and both times they dealt with me very well. Would be recommending to friends!

I had great experiences with mya i made a small complaint on the forum the other day and was contacted by my pc straight away apologising all sorted now. I love my new boobs and I’m glad I chose mya x

I’m about 6 months post op now and so far I’ve had no problems so I’ve had no need to contact mya but all of my follow up appointments went well and my surgeon reassured me that if I ever have any problems all I have to do is make another appointment with him. I had Mr Mounir and he is absolutely amazing!

I’ve had a leaking insicition since 8am told no appointments till tomorrow I’m 3 weeks post op

I have had the best experience with Mya. I have had constant contact from my pc pre and post op. Have never waited longer than 15 mins at any appointments. Staff at Doncaster and Leeds where amazing. On my op day I was there 4 hours in total and 2 hours I was in theatre.
My nurse has answered emails even on New Years eve!
I would highly recommend Leeds clinic, pc louisa, Doncaster natural look and Dr Kazzazi.

Hi, so far ive had a great experience with MYA! please dont be worried, things can go wrong with any company but this is the only one with a forum so probably why you may read about it more on here. No problems with staff at Newcastle clinic.
last week i found what i thought was leaking incisions i had yellow stain on my sports bra, called MYA got through straight away, spoke to the nurse straight away who advised me to watch it for 24 hrs and call back next day to make an appointment to check for infection. Really helpful and reassuring. i can only go off my own experience which has so far been great. Good luck with your op xx
