Post op girls.. tell me everything!

Had 455uhp yesterday from a small 34b.
I’m 58kg and 5’4 I’ve got some pics on but have no idea what size I will be but they’re looking fab.
Nobody has mentioned about massage or anything is this something I am meant to do or not yet? Also this strap of death which is pushing my left implant into its pocket am I okay having a breather with it off for ten mind it kills my back!!!
And how do you manage to get up from sitting? It pulls all across my chest x

Massaging is a technique they use in the USA to help with the process of the implant dropping much faster, but honestly be patient and it will be fine. With strappings I had mine taken off post op day 9 and the first day or two for me it did feel tight and mainly around the under bust area but rather then taking it off I pyt some tissue around the bottom to give some padding which can help with the strapping digging into the incisions, however with whatever you do please don’t take the strapping off as you could breach your warranty as the strapping is there for a reason for the first few days post surgery.

I didn’t get strapping put on it was just plasters over my incisions but I need to wear a compression bandage under my bra. It kills!!!
I just want to be able to move my arms, cuddle my two young children and play with them, bath and dress them. 🙁 x

By day 5 I was ok in a few days U will be how to I was like that with my daughter it’s hard when u have little ones ay just take it easy for a few days 🙂 xx
