Hey so I’m a couple of days post op had 310 extra high profile overs from a small 32A.
Basically I have a few niggling questions and I was hoping that post op girls could answer some of them I feel like I spend my life on this forum looking for re-assurance lol!!
Firstly I know this has been asked loads of times but I’m really worried about getting back into fitness. Not so much when as I’m prepared to wait but just need reassurance that a few months down the line I will deffo be able to do things like circuits, kettlebells etc. like when boobs are healed is it fine to do all the same things!?!?

Secondly, size wise i was worried i was gonna be too bit but at the moment I look positively small. They just look like overinflated pecs. Can anyone tell me do overs “fluff” and get bigger and look more normal (currently look deformed! ha) or do they shrink cos swelling going down??? (Currently 2 days post op)

Next question: how much is too much in the first week? I’m not actually in much pain little sore but that’s it. Can I (to some extent) resume normality. I know I can’t drive and stuff but can I go for little walks and go to the shops with my mum and stuff like that so long as I don’t lift or carry things or am I meant to be bed ridden for the entire week to let incisions heal!?!?

Lastly, how long before I can start lifting my arms to put overhead tops on and tie my hair up etc. is this after the 1 week check when i can shower presumably I can lift my arms to wash my hair?

Sorry about the essay it will just calm my fretting and hopefully help anybody else having similar queries!! I promise when I’m further post op
Ill be as helpful as I can!!!
    Xxxxxx

I can answer thirs question lol… Yes to walks I had my op saturday and have been up to shops everyday but very slowly and carrying anything. They say not make yourself bed ridden!!! It does not help the healing! Xx

Aww congrats on the boobies you’ll get there honey there isn’t a time length of when & what you can do just a rough guide, until the nurse gives you the okay though at 7 days post op I wouldn’t push yourself too much, your body will tell you. I’m 6 months p.o & went for short walks twice a week but pottered around at home a lot & didn’t start exercising till I was a month p.o then the weight came off quickly šŸ™‚ I’m not sure about weighty things mind so make sure to check with the nurse, overs definately grow šŸ˜€ mine shrunk when the swelling went but grew again, I’ll add you so you can look at my pics šŸ™‚ happy speedy healing hun xx
