Post op girls who are a D or D/D

Hi ladies i’ve not had my op yet however hopefully within the next couple of weeks I will have my appointment rescheduled, Fingers and toes crossed.

I am so confused with how the size is worked out, obviously I know the surgeon knows best, however I’ve noticed that even though someone may be a smaller cup size a smaller implant can still give them a larger cup size. I’m just wondering if pre op ladies can get a rough idea of what size they will be if we can identify what size people were before , what profile they had along with size of implant and what size you were after the op, If that makes any sense.

I’m currently a 34b/c asymmetrical and I’m hoping to be a D/D. I have been offered 275cc as the ssmallest and 375 as my biggest. I’m thinking of going with 350cc and 375cc but don’t want to look too big for my frame. I’m a size 8/10 xx

I would say 450cc will give you a DD at the very least. I had 375cc from a 32C and I measured a 30FF! Xxx

@charlene I was 32a pre op and had 375cc hp partials now 11 weeks post op and measure a 32e. So you will achieve a dd or more with 350/375 and they won’t look too big or small.

Hi hun I was an empty 32B had 400cc overs and am 34/36 double D not entirely sure as I’m only 2 weeks post op xxx

Hey I started off a 32a (maybe even a double a!) and had 275 and Im a D now x

I am currently a 32AA (completely flat chested – no boobs at all!) I am having 500cc under the muscle (moderate) tomorrow. My surgeon said this will make me a DD. x

Jen I was starting to think I was alone on this, glad I’m not going crazy lol. I’m guessing it has something to do with height and weight as well, as I am 5,4 and weigh 8 and a half stone and I’ve been offer 375cc to make a D/DD. Maybe we will never really know lol but at the end we will have our lovely boobies.

Hi I was 32a am 6 weeks po had 300cc hp partials and now measuring 32dd

@blondepug hope you don’t mind friend request we have similar stats and Im hoping to push for bigger cc than what ive been offered xx

I’m doing ok since the surgery and I’m happy with my new boobies! They still need to drop but this is what they look like five days after surgery x

heya , I was a 30a 7st5 5ft2 and had 350cc so achieve a D cup! im currently in a 32d sports bra and find it as little tight! I would say the 350cc and 375cc will look fab on your body size xx
I will try upload a picture but your more than welcome to add me and have a look at my befores and afters :)!
Im only 6 days post off so im still bandaged up x

@Charlene – Thanks babe, I went shopping for new bra sets the day before my surgery coz I was too excited 😛 haha I do fill the 32DD so im really pleased. I bet you can’t wait for your new boobies, you will definitely be a DD at least if youre a C now x

I’m a 34b same as you & I’ve been offered 350cc he said I will be a full D possible DD . Hope this helps xx

@blondepug thank you hun I’m so nervous now I can’t sleep lol. I’ve been packing my case all day making sure I dont leave anything behind as I’m staying over. Plus I can’t stop staring at my lil one he’s fast asleep and I know it’s the last time I’ll be able to hold him for a while sad face. He’s one next week. I’m getting all soppy lol. Can’t believe the day has finally arrived 3rd time lucky whooop whooop xx

@Charlene – Aw I was like that the night before my op aswell! I am not a morning person at all but the morning of my surgery I woke up in a Hotel in London and was jumping on the bed like a child at Christmas I was that excited!! Its surreal when you walk into the MYA building and get shown to your room and meet the nurses, my nerves grew and grew. When I was taken down for the surgery my anaesthetist made me feel really at ease and the last thing I remember is her saying something about putting a needle in my arm.. then I woke up with new DD’s!! 😀 Best of luck to you babe, we all have waited a long time for that special day, youre bound to get nervous but thats expected when you’re having surgery. Just think this time tomorrow you’ll have new boobies!!:-))))

How old is your little one? I have a 3 year old and its so hard to not pick him up. You will need someone to live in with you for the first few weeks xxxx

@blondepug hi hun no problem. Ive been offered 250cc unders with Mr Kazazzi but Im meeting Mr mounir today to see if I can maybe go bigger. Ive also got an asymmetric chest wall too and was told any bigger it would be to noticable.. Hoping Mr mounir can give me some good news today lol. You have got such good implant sizes and results so far Im really jealous lol xx

@blondepug thanks babe you’re so right it feels like Its been ages and then the day finally comes and you can’t believe it’s here. Awww bless you hun I can imagine how excited you were. Deep down I’m excited but I think my emotions are getting the best of me as I keep thinking about my lil boy and not being able to interact with him is upsetting me. He’s 1 on the 27th hun and he’s such a mummys boy it’s going to be so hard. I’ve got help this week and next and then I’m kind of on my own. I’ve been on maternity and I’m due back at work on the 1at April big sigh lol.

It must be so hard hun, how are you feeling now though? Are you able to do much? xx

@corran2510 – hiya babe, what size are you at the mo? And what size are you hoping to be? Definitely ask your surgeon if you can go a bit bigger, It won’t do any harm to ask – I was originally offered 400 and 450 but asked if I could have 500 and the surgeon agreed, so definitely won’t hurt to ask 😉 at the end of the day it’s a lot of money and you have to be 100% confident in the results , let me know how you get on xxxx

@Charlene – hello darling, bless you I know exactly how you feel. It is hard, my son is quite independent in that he doesn’t expect to be picked up all the time and is walking everywhere so I hold his hand or he can go in the pushchair. The thing I didn’t think of though is simple things like getting him in his cot or in his high chair, you will definitely need someone to help you pick him up and do those kind of things. It’s been a week since my op now, still in a bit of pain buts it’s definitely bearable and I feel more able to do things now 😀 what time is your op today??? Xxx

@blondepug that’s so true hun omg. I’m hoping my other half might be able to get some time off. At the moment my mum and my sisters will be helping me until I go back to work on the 1st April. Thats good to hear babe glad your recovering is gojng well. I’m currently at MYA now I’ve been here since 12:45 but my admission time is actually 13:30. Nearly there now hun waiting patiently it’s all still sinking in I can’t wait, it’s been a long journey but I know its all worth it in end. Just thinking I can’t wait for my new beach bod, New bikinis and bras here I come lol.

Did you get everything you wanted I think I might do some shopping online whilst I wait xx

@charlene – omg so exciting! Have you met the anaetheist and surgeon yet? Don’t forget to take a photo of your boobs before the surgery, Its the last time they’ll ever look like that! I did a big lingerie shop just before my surgery cos I was so excited. I kept all the receipts just incase they didn’t fit but I am the exact size my surgeon said I would be so looks like I’ll be keeping all the pretty sets I bought! my admission was 12 o’clock I met the aanaetheist and surgeon around half 2 and my surgery was at half four. You can always ask the nurses how many girls are in front of u if u get worried about waiting around. Who has came with u today? Xxx

@blondepug hey babe I’ve just met with Dr marcellino and the anaesthesist. Dr marcellino was wondering why I was staying over as I’ve been here so early and I’ve not eaten since 7:45am. I’ve been told I’m second to last to be seen so should go down about 5/6pm omg I’m so hungry!!!! Thanks for letting me know hun puts my mind at ease when you know what to expect. I think I will ask when someone comes back in. Hahaha I’ve taken pics of my saggy boobs I will hopefully be the same size as you hun. Dr marcellino asked me what size I wanted and I asked him what he thought and he recommended 375 for my frame which will take me to a D/DD and I’m happy with that, hoping I don’t get the dreaded boob greed!!!

Smart thinking babe I will defo do the same. Think I’m going to get some nice lingerie to seduce the other half on holiday lol. This might change him into a boob guy…..

Where did you go shopping hun? My mum came with me, i didn’t even know she surprised me hun and left work early Bless her she’s so sweet so glad we have a close relationship X

I went to Boux Avenue, Ann Summers and Debenhams. I’ve got about 12 new sets lol (rolls eyes around) I still need to go to Victorias secret :-D. It’s amazing to be able to pick up a bra that doesn’t have padding because I have always worn padded bras!! So the variety of bras I can have is amazing compared to just heavy padding! such a relief!

I was the same on the day of the surgery, I was starving and so thirsty and really tempted to just snack on something but then I googled why cant you eat before general anaesthetic an that changed my mind and I just starved myself haha! Such a long day for you though, it will be well worth it. The waiting around can be really frustrating though, I had a little nap before my surgery and flicked through some magazines but all I could think about was BOOBS!! Haha. Ah well only a few more hours to go and then youll be waking up with your lovely new DDs!

@blondepug Hi hun! Ahh I feel so much better Im having 375cc from a 34aa now instead of 250cc which I was originally offered and he’s also going to order some other sizes to correct the asymmetry if he needs to. Just had to change my surgery date to two weeks later though that’s going to kill me! But all worth in in the end 😉 hope your healing well xxxx

@Corran2510 – Aw that’s good news babe, its a lot of money to be spending so you want to be 100% happy with what you’re getting! What size is 375cc going to make you? Maybe a C/D??? I think with the 375 you will definitely see a noticeable difference!:D Best of luck with it babe, when is your surgery booked for? are you going to the Fitzroy? xx

@blondepug I don’t know where I’m going to ring the clinic now and find out and forgot to ask. Yeah he said 375 will take me to a D defo a C! I’m so excited this is going to be the longest wait of my life! He kept asking to see my bum to make me in proportion lol Im very very pear shaped! Booked in for 29th of May so two weeks behind when I was originally booked in with Mr kazzazi but will all be worth the wait Im sure x
