Post op ladies….

Hiya just a quick question I’ have been given the all clear to shower… But do I still have to wash my hair over the bath? Or can I just wash it in the shower aswell xxx

@e-rigden I’ve been given this too but I’m so scared to! Haha. I feel like I’ll get my incisions too wet or something! I’ll wash my hair separately so that I’m not in there too long xxx

I wash my hair in the shower, my nurse told me just to make sure you rinse your incisions really well if you get soap/shampoo on them. Xo

I wash my hair in the shower but I’m still using Hibiscrub on the top half of my body so I know the incisions are really clean still x

@e-rigden I’m still washing my hair over the bath as was told to have very quick showers and my long hair takes ages to wash lol xx
