Post op ladies advice please on the Gym and sports bra post op advice

Hey ladies I haven’t posted for a while. My new additions are absolutely perfect. I’m now 12 weeks post op and have returned to the gym.
I was wondering what sports bras people are using? Mine just aren’t supporting my implants enough (495 cc) I’m currently measuring at a 34F.
Not worried on price of the bras as would rather spend the money and look after them.
Can anyone recommend some good brands?? Xx

I bought a shock absorber ultimate run bra and it’s really good 🙂
I ended up trying loads of different brands and doing star jumps in the changing rooms when I went shopping and that one had the least giggle

Thanks Hun I’ll have a look now. I’ve just attempted my first combat since my op and other than feeling really unfit it went well other than my boobs moving about way too much and getting aching feelings in them from the bounce xx

Definitely the shock absorber ultimate run bra, but you need another over it. I use Victoria’s Secret angel max, or marks and Spencer’s high impact front zip,sports bra on the top. Trust me, they won’t move. I’m a runner and can’t cope with them, bouncing about: and worry about them drooping. Hope this helps xxx
