Post op – lying flat at night time

Hi girls – can anyone help? Are you allowed to sleep lying flat at night time? I can’t remember what the nurse said? It’s mega uncomfortable sleeping upright xxx

Hi ya, your suppose to sleep with your head and chest elevated for the first week just to let everything settle? At least I think that’s what the nurse said? X x
