Post-op Pillows and Sleeping?!

Hey girls.
Just wondering if anyone could recommend any v pillows or anything in general which helped them sleep better! If anyone has any links to specific ones that would be great xx only thing I’m actually dreading about the surgery!! xx

if you search ‘wedge pillow’ in ebay i got one of those for £18 and i’m still using it now 6 weeks post op..also to use on top of that i got a v pillow from argos which was about £8….so worth it because the sleeping is a nightmare!! xx

I got a V pillow off amazon for about £5.

I got a backrest for 15 quid of eBay and a big v pillow also which was a fiver . Then a small travel v pillow for my neck in primark for a pound . X

Hi ladies, I’ve got a v shaped pillow but I feel like I need something in bed for my lower back as that is really aching in the night. I’m only 3 days post op, so sleeping isn’t easy at the moment. Xx
