post op questions

So girls, i had them done Wednesday, 350cc with Dr. Traynor and i LOVE them.. But i have a few questions.. When do i take off my incision plasters or do they do that at my 1 week check up?! Also, when the hell are you allowed to sleep lying down, trying to sleep upright is SOO hard 🙁 I get way too uncomfortable, I don’t know if that’s to do with my sports bras being too tight or something though. xxx

Your nurse will take them off at your one week check up and check your incisions are healing properly. I’m two weeks post-op and have just started lying flat because I wasn’t getting any sleep at all, so far so good. Xo

i’m exactly the same, unless i’m in a car i just can’t sleep sat up ha. Did you have any trouble with sports bras? I bought two macon ones but they seem like they put pressure onto the wounds, i bought a shock absorber yesterday and that seemed to be ok for whenever i was stood up or moving around but not for when i was trying to sleep x

Yeah I’ve got extra high impact m&s bras and when I first put one on it was sitting on my incisions. My nurse adjusted the straps so my bra sits lower than my incisions now. My nurse told me the asda sports bras are really comfy so maybe go and try and couple of them on and see what you think. X
