Post op sleeping

I’m 8 weeks post op now and just wondering a if I still need to wear my Macom for bed? I still haven’t had my 6 week check because it was in the evening and the nurse cancelled it! So get wait now another 2 weeks till I can get there! When I spoke to the lady at Mya she said after 6 weeks you can pretty much go back to normal so had them measured and I wear a normal underwired bra most days! Just not sure about sleeping!!! What did everyone else do. X
