Hiiii girls, hope you’re all well.

Just a quick one, I’m 25 days post op now, did anyone start wearing a different sports bra or have you’s all kept using your original sports bras. Also, when can we start sleeping on our sides? It’s driving me mad lol xx

I changed my sports bra as the swelling went down & i found the m&s one held my boobs better, i started sleeping on my side around 4weeks post op cause i was soooo uncomfortable! Xx

Thank you, I’ve changed my sports bra to a smaller band a while back as my swelling went down really quickly, just wondering if everyone was still sticking to their high support ones. Sleeping on your back is an absolute nightmare isn’t it ? Xx
