Post op (sleeping upright)

Fellow post of girls – how long do you have to sleep upright for ? I’m nearly 2weeks post opp and can’t wait to sleep on my side now ! X

This is the bit I’m dreading! I sleep on my stomach!

Hey honey on my 7 day check up with my nurse she told me I could start sleeping flat just not on my sides xxx

Ok thanks lexi 🙂 my nurse didn’t tell me anything aprart from not to lift anything heavy or stretch!! Hopefully will get a better nights sleep tonight 🙂 xx
