Post op- some advice please!

1 Day post op.
Wasn’t given much opportunity to speak to my surgeon post op.
So have to come to the forum!?!

Anybody able to tell me
1. Do they decrease in size once swelling goes down and they drop somewhat?
2 . How long do you have to sleep upright for?
3. The squeaking noise- normal and when does it go?

Any info would be appreciated!
