Post op support bra?????

I’m 3 weeks post op and my boobs are pain free and settling fine. However my Macoms are now starting to irritate my skin and has made my nipples very sensitive and painful sometimes. I’m wondering if anyone can recommend any support bras?? I’ve tried the M&S ones and they were uncomfortable. X

Hi Catherine, I can’t offer any advice on bra’s as I’m pre-op but a tip I have read somewhere is to use breast pads (maternity ones) to provide some relief from skin chafing xx

I know how you feel, I’m 10dpo & my Macom have also started irritating me, I normally wear breast pads so nothing rubs but now I’ve also started wearing my Calvin Klein sports bra with my Macom over the top for support x
