So I’m four days post op now, have had absolutely no pain at all which has been great!! Bit of stiffness mainly when getting up and a bit of tightness! Cannot believe how easy it has all been and my arms feel so much more mobile today!!:-) my right side swelling wise is minimal, I’ve been taking arnica which has helped I think, as there is little bruising too! My left however is ever so slightly more swollen, mainly under my arm is feels and round the outside. There is a little bruising there and it feels like its either fluid of air that is trapped maybe!! Anyone got any tips on what to do? It’s not bothering me feeling wise, would just like it to go down as quick as possible as I’m impatient haha!! Anyone had anything similar?! Tips to reduce sweeping?etc?
