Hey Jemma, I felt sickly after the anasethetic but haven’t actually been sick.. I have been okay up until last night, I was ok led down but if I moved felt very sickly and light headed so I think it may be the co codomal. However I have come round as today’s gone on and feel ok now, still taking the co codomal as very sore xxx
Jemma i had my Ba on tuesday an was given codydramol tablets i woke up feeling soooo sick i stopped taking them! Feeling much better without them, just on a 7 day course of antibiotics xxx
I’m taking cocodamol although have run out so I’m taking dihydracodeine now (same difference just a weaker dose). I’ve not been sick but have felt sickly on occasion. Feel so sorry for you being sick with the pain you must ready be in 🙁 maybe ask someone to go to a chemist for some anti-sickness meds? Wish I could be more help. Just keep drinking plenty & trying to eat a little and often as hard as that is when you feel sick. I tend to feel sickly around this time each evening. Maybe a pile up of all the drugs I’m taking throughout the day! Post op tomorrow, I can ask for you if there’s anything else you could do to help the sickness or maybe ask on this mya live chat thing that pops up?hope you feel better soon xx
Thank you for all the advice ladies! I’m not too sure what to do so going to give my nurse a ring in the morning to ask her. I want to keep the cocodamol up to keep the pain down but I can’t keep being sick and it’s making me feel worse! x
Antibiotics can definitely make you feel sick. I had penicillins based ones once and they didn’t agree with me. These ones I’m on now are penicillin based too but so far so good at the moment. I can handle feeling sick but can’t imagine being sick right now 🙁 xx
Have any of you lost your appetite? My stomach is incredibly bloated aswell and the thought of food and more painkillers just makes me want to throw up 🙁 x

Yep, bloated & sickly too. Managing to eat but not my usual mammoth portions. Day 5 post op & got my strapping off today. Bruised & swollen but actually looking quite good! Right boob still really painful but I’m assured all is ok. Night ladies. One day further tomorrow…just a night of sitting up to endure first! ?
