Post Surgery Bra Help!

Hi, i’m not 2 weeks post op, all went well and up to now i’ve been absolutely fine recovering..

I’ve got the Macom bras and they have been fine accept they are now starting to rub and irritate my skin😩 it’s not like pain from the surgery or from the actual bra it’s self being too tight.

But it almost feels like sandpaper😩 has anyone else experienced this? x

This is completely normal! I wish someone else had told me. Your boobs will go really dry and flakey so just apply moisturiser. Also your skin becomes very very sensitive! The slightest touch or Fabric touching them they feel so sore and sensitive but this lasts for a couple weeks. Just take painkillers of it becomes too sore and sensitive but just have to ride it out I’m afraid x

oh thankyou so much! it has calmed down a little bit and the nurse gave me some pads to put inbetween! But i’ll deffo take some tablets if needs be! xx

Ah so glad I read this! Thought it was just me! My nipples and the whole surrounding area feel so sore and dry x

it’s not the nicest is it😩😂 i aske did it’s ok of an evening just to undo the bra and she said yeah that’s absolutely fine it’s good to let the skin breathe, especially after showers x
