Hi girls I’m really unsure about what bras to buy after surgery, I really wanna try the yianna or the M&S ones but I’m just unsure about the sizes? I’m having 275 and 325cc which is expected to take me to a C/D has anyone bought any bras other than the macom, if so what sizes did you all go for? X

With Yianna I picked based on the sizes they recommended so 34C/32D and it fits me like a glove as I thought i’d be a C or D, and I had both 32 and 34 band bras.
M&S I waited until 1 week post op to go get one so that I could try it on, as the sizes can be quite different.

Hi girls, I’m having my surgery in Feb and I started looking at post surgery bras last night and I am unbelievably confused! I have no idea what ones to get! Any advice would be great please!! Ohhh also when they say ‘sports bras’ does this mean just normal sports bras or are there certain ones? Thanks!!

The zip front sports bras from Asda are meant to be very good. I have a Macom bra and I find it very supportive but also extremely tight, it feels like it is digging into my ribs a bit. Probably doesn’t help that I have swollen up quite a lot with water retention after my surgery, though!

I had 275 and 300 and had 2 MYA bras and bought an m&s high impact sports bra when I was 1 week post op – liked all of them and wear the m&s one now for the gym ? they zip at the front too so is helpful x

My Macom bra has been very good (although they did send the wrong size at first…). I’m now 9dpo and I’m wearing some really soft asda ones that kind of look like normal bras just with no seams and they’re so comfy! The thing I didn’t like about a lot of the M&S ones was that they were specific sizes like 32D etc which I thought would be difficult to guess xx

Hey Millie really I’ve been trying to get hold of the post surgery Asda bras 2 for £15 but they’re always out of stock In my size what Asda ones do you have?& yeah that’s what’s putting me off of the M&S ones too! X

Victoria’s Secret Pink, they do a zip up front closure sports bra. Iv got my surgery in 2 days, and that was recommended to me by friends who have had BA. My doctor also told me that you don’t need to spend loads on a post surgery bra. Just cheap sports bras, not underwired. X

Hey that’s perfect! Yeah so true I’ve bought 2 off of amazon.. I’ve spoken to loads of girls who said the macom is so over rated x
