Post surgery bra/wear

I am due to have my surgery shortly and have my face to face consult tomorrow. When I had the video consultation, my surgeon recommended just a soft, supportive bra for post operation wear. He said that a ‘post surgery’ bra would not be necessary. And recommended against a sports bra as too tight. I am planning 275-300 unders. Undecided on round or teardrop currently.

What are your thoughts of post surgery bra? I want to give the best chance of reducing swelling and healing whilst being comfortable? Would a breast band be a good idea?

Hi Lindy,
I used the macom and a bra from ‘bafully’ on Amazon for 6 weeks after.
The Asda post surgery bras might be good for you as they’re soft but not as supportive as the macom xx
