Post surgery questions

I had my 1 week post appointment yesterday and forgot to ask some of my questions. Does anyone know how long until you can sleep lying flat down instead of propped up? And also when can we start putting scar cream on? Thanks in advance x

My nurse gave me the go ahead to lay flat at 2 weeks post op and nothing on incisions until 6 weeks xxx

I would check with your pc hun as i had to lay upright for 6 weeks xx
