Post vaser leg cramps

I have the worst leg cramps! I am almost 6 days post op and experiencing the worst cramps in my legs I had vaser on my flanks and all over thighs. It’s keeping me up at night (as you can see) and back to work tomorrow and starting to worry about how il sleep! Please help with tips xxxx
