Pot belly!

Just wondering did anyone post op have a really bloated sticky out tummy? My belly looks all round and bloated and feels a bit sore, normally it’s quite flat and doesn’t stick out lol
is this normal after surgery for your tummy to be distended for a while?

Yes it is normal hun! I still have it 1 week post op 🙁 i think its because of the general and medication, i see some girls comment on ways to help it but im not sure of any! Sorry! Im sure some of the girls in here can help xx

No worries! I was exactualy the same i woke up like omg why do i look pregnant haha! I hope it goes soon 🙁 xx

Still have it and I am 9 days PO! It goes a little every day. Today I would say I look about 3 mths pregnant!

🙁 ahh, its annoying as im having too find all my baggy tops to hide it! I wonder why it stays so long! x

Oh gosh it is annoying. I defo look preggers too 🙁 I’m glad not the only one though thought it was just me!! Lol! X x x

Hi girls I’m 23 days post op I had the bloatedness for around 12 days .its the codine and antibiotics and the fluid they pump into you during surgery .i took some water retention tablets that really helped and lactulose .happy healing xxx
