Potential post-op problem

Had a breast enlargement in September last year. Boyfriend said to me yesterday that when I leaned over he noticed my left breast went a weird shape. When I look in the mirror I noticed that my left boob has gone a bit lower compared to my right one and my nipples are at different heights.
Anyone else had a similar problem?? Would appreciate if people could give me some advice on wether I should get them checked
