Pre Op?

Hi girls
Just wondered what happens in the pre op? And did you have to book it yourself?
My surgery is 2 weeks today and haven’t heard anything about it being arranged xxx

Yeah you have to have it at least 2 weeks before your op I’m sure? My PC arranged mine when I booked my op date. I had to have blood taken as I’m having vaser. They just discuss after care and pre op stuff. And take before and after pics and measurements. Give your PC a call hun xx

Yeah I would call your PC as I’ve had mine & mines in 6 weeks xx

stupid question but do I have to have one?
im worried incase they have to move my surgery date to fit in a pre-op xxx

I would definitely call them Jessica and get one arranged. Yes, you have to have one to make sure you are fit for surgery and MYA has to contact you GP for past information to make sure you are well enough. Mine is booked 6 weeks before my surgery date, this was arranged when I paid my deposit xx

Just had my pre-op! Hope they can fit you in before your op. The nurse doesn’t tend to be as booked up as the surgeons usually are but you deffo need to have one. Good luck getting it sorted x

I’ve called the nurse she said I’m booked in for next week & I should have had a letter..
anyway at least its sorted 🙂 thanks girlies xx
