Pre op and pc

Does anyone else have the same problem with your pc don’t get me wrong mine is lovely but I never seem to hear off her much I’m booked in for the 17th may for my op at Preston

I got a text last week asking when I want my pre op is it ok for this week but I couldn’t cos I was so ill I had a terrible cold so asked for next week (which is now) and I haven’t heard nothing back, if my pc doesn’t get back to me how else do I get in touch to sort this out????? My op is 5 weeks away do I have to have my pre op by now? Getting worried

Just ring the clinic can’t say I even spoke to my PC other than the first consultation now a week post op still ain’t heard from her seeing my nurse tomorrow for my 1week post op mines chelsford clinic though xx

My PC is really good, I’ve got her number and she just texts me and if I have any questions then I text her and she replies as soon as she can. Just keep phoning up! I had mine last week about 5 weeks before my op xxx

I’m at the Birmingham clinic hopefully then if I ring up the clinic someone will help me, just sometimes I text back and don’t get a reply now I’m worrying..

So do I dr Andrea excited but scared to see the nurse for pre opx

Yeah same I’m a bit worried to see the nurse cos of reading a lot of stuff on here. Things like the MRSA?? Swab its cos we know she’s the final say aswel if were OK for surgery

I had my pre op last week and my ops next week, if you email her she may get back to you, I’ve have a few different numbers text me from mya so it may have just been missed amongst other replies ?

If you don’t hear just keep sending the same message every day or every other day lol. I had a really nice PC and she did get back to me but haven’t heard from her since the op which was a bit gutting but these PCs have so many girls to keep up with. When I spent the day at the Fitzroy and saw how many girls were going in and out the room of my PC I thought how on earth she gunna keep up haha that’s without the other days of the week. It’s horrible not getting answered and whenever mine took more than a few hours I was ringing the Fitzroy but I think mya could do with a few more PCs xx
