Pre op bloods

So annoying!! I live 2 hours away from Mya clinic and I’ve got to go back to have my pre op bloods repeated!! Anyone else had to do this? xx

I’m having mr kazzazi and I didn’t even have to have bloods taken! Only had blood pressure and swabs! Xx

This is so annoying!!! Why can’t all the surgeons have the same rules. Grrr! I wouldn’t mind if it was 5 mins up the road but 2 hours away twice just for bloods is rubbish! xx

you could always ask your GP to do them for you, and you forward the results on to the MYA clinic. You can request blood tests from the doctor if you want them, & tell them exactly what you want testing. They aren’t allowed to refuse to do them for you. Might be something for you to look into amy. If i lived that distance away i’d be going to the GP to have them done, as long as MYA get a copy of your results, which you can have printed by the GP, or even emailed to you. xx

I had a blood test as my BMI was 0.4 below where it should have been!! I would do as Chanel says and ask if the GP could do them? X
