Pre-op day 1 muscle stiffness! Help!

I’m day one post-op with strapping and round the side of my boobs feels really stiff and as if i be pulled a muscle. It makes it hard to lift both of my arms past a certain point. Did anyone else have this? And do I try to stretch them or take it easy? x

Hey hun I had my BA on Monday and I have exactly the same pain. Did you have unders? I can barely move my arms sometimes and little things like flushing the toilet hurt like hell haha xxx

I had overs, I’m not sure if it’s the strapping or just how it feels anyway because they pull the muscle. I feel like I’ve done a really really hard work out only worse lol xx

Yeah I feel the same lol it’s as if I’ve been at the gym for 10 hours! Ow! Xx

I had overs, it felt to me like my muscle or something was pulling, i can lift both arms but i do feel like it pulls on the sores. I was also told by the nurses to not lift my arms high anyway- i dont know how long this is ment to be for though but i am a week post op today! x
