u have to go on ther profile but most are set to private so u will have to add them as a friend and wait for them to accept xx

How long do you have to sleep upright after the op girls?

No course I don’t mind guys:) does anyone know how long you have to sleep upright?? xx

I thinks its just till you can get up and down without it hurting, im 9 days po and still sleeping quite upright coz hurts when i lie flat :/ Hopefully not too much longer tho i just wanna get on my side lol xx
