Prep eg nails/ tan

Hi girls , I have my surgery Monday and I had the gel took off my finger nails and I have no false tan on .. But do I have to take the gel off my toes ? Random I know ? Xx

Yeah not able to have no make. Or hair extensions tanning fake nails gel nail varnish or nothing.

No toes you are allowed hair extensions but not metal ones. I have bonded in they were fine no eyelash extensions or tan either x

Does this mean I’m gonna have to have my acrylics off? :(. xx

Yeah I did, was a nightmare I had it in my toes too not worth being refused surgery though. Good luck x

I was going to ask – what did everyone do about make up? did you arrive with make up on and then take it off when you got there? Without fake tan and make up I’m so pale and getting train to Fitzroy Hospital! What did you girls do? Thanks x

Hi Hannah Im wondering the same. Surely you can go there though and wash it off?!

I went with nothing on. I was a Preston you could wash it off when you get there you have a bathroom and my room had a shower too.

I had to take everything off even my permanent eyelashes and she checked both my nails so not sure . I would ring up your PC Jess to double check and you don’t want to get there and they said you should of had them off xxxx

I went in with no make no nail varnish on but i had my earings neckalce an ring on an had to take it off before went up to my room.. Xxx

All done .. It was great but in so much pain I had under the Muscle ! I really love them .. First trust hospital in Preston was amazing and dr moniur was fab .. Would reccomend them to anyone

I bet your so happy!!!! is it really that painful? Can you move around and stuff? xxx

I left the nail varnish on my toes it was fine i also had my eyebrows pencilled in.. and a huge henna tattoo from my hip to my ankle.. nothing was said.. i was at preston other places may be more strict.. just read page 2… congrats hun 🙂 happy healing! X

Thank you girls .. Had it done surgery went fine but in a lot of pain I went under the muscle .. Worth it but a lot of pain Iv been in bed for 2 days xx

Whatttt……. you actually need to take your acrylic nails off?!??? Why that’s madness 🙁 eye lashes and tan I get but nails!!!!
