Sorry this isn’t boob related but wondered if anyone had any good tips for toning up! I’m only 5 weeks post op so know I can’t do much yet! Anyone any advice on what I can start doing I really want to start toning up ready for summer I have 2 holidays to look forward to! First hols with the boyfriend so need to look great especially with my new twins lol xxx
Same, especially after hardly moving for a week and stuffing my face haha xx
I’m feeling exactly the same, I’m 25 days post op & in the last 3 weeks I’ve eaten so much rubbish & all my hard work before is now is getting ruined!!! I just need to tone & get rid of these wobbly bits again then my twins will look even better x
You can do lower body exercise and abs. I have just started doing that and then waiting for 6 week post op to do more! I think most people want to tone up In time for summer lol x
hey jamie leanne well because im having vaser lipo done aswell i have been advised to have lymphatic drainage massage so i rang afew places and also did research they told me its also to get ur blood circulation going and tones ur body its a detox masage and because im also having BA same time i asd and they said we only usually work on abs stomach thighs and legs and it does help you lose weight too but i have not tried as yet so i thought id share it cud help you xx

apparantly its not painfull i know the dreading word drainage makes it sound all pipes and stuff lol but its not its js a massage just different technique sum even cum to ur home and givit too x
Ok thanks girls! I’ve never been one to do any exercise or anything but being sat around and eating loads of crap because I haven’t been able to do anything isn’t doing me any good haha. When it comes to exercise and what to do I haven’t a clue lol. Xxx
how bout swimming? that helps lose weight alot quiker than gym
I’m going to have to learn to swim first haha! I’m useless. However my boyfriend loves swimming so could have something to do together lol xxx

Yeah thankyou 🙂 I never thought about swimming tbh! He will be over the moon I’ve decided he can teach me haha. Maybe I’ll float more with my new airbags hahaha. 6 weeks post op next Friday so can get swimming then 🙂 woo. Xxx

Pilates! And weights! In combination with a good diet. Search muffin top-less, she’s great at advice on nutrition and weight loss/muscle building for women. Another one is pop Pilates on YouTube, you can do these exercises at home.

jamie leanne, pleaase dont go swimming, the chlorine can, and most likely will, irritate your scars!
maybe try yoga? it’s nice and gentle and won’t strain anything 🙂
is your diet good? a good diet can play a massive part in getting in to shape! I have spent the past 6 months toning up to where i am now where i have a flat tummy and a round bum, theres no “quick fixes” but if you cut out bad snacks (crisps, chocolate, sugary drinks etc) and replace them with fruit and nuts, or even blend fruit in to a smoothie (this is the only way i can take fruit as the texture makes me gag when it’s just in its normal form haha) then it’ll go a long way 🙂 xx
Spinning is a good one becus won’t cause to much pressure on your boobs and u could do lower body weights for a while. I no it’s hard to get motivation when it’s something u don’t partially like to do x
Yeah my diet is generally pretty good! Just never exercise lol! I think it’s because I have no idea what the hell I’m doing haha! Thanks girls! I really need to get doing something xxxx
