Preparing to meet the surgeon

Hi girls, I have chosen my surgeon Mr. Singh. My operation is Feb 20th at the Fitzroy. I am meeting with Mr. Singh for the first time next Thursday and wondering what I need to prepare? I know he will ask sizes but I’m not sure how the CC works.. I’m a small 32b (i think!) and want to be around a D or Double D. Thanks x
