So for a little while now I’ve been getting odd pains in my breasts. Mostly in my left, it ranges from dull achy pain to sharp shooting pain.
My biggest concern is that during my six week check up I was told I couldn’t make my 6 month post op check until a certain date because the surgeons diary was closed at the time. I was told to call to book the appointment when his diary was open.
Very shortly after my op I was promoted to manager of my company and I’ve been so busy and distracted I’ve let everything slide and have ended up with next to no after care. No one has contacted me to remind me the appointments are due and it’s just struck me that my implants are now over a year old and I’ve barely had them checked!
Has anyone else has similar pain at all? Should I be worried?
I’m terrified that there’s a problem now and that my lack of appointments will mean I will have to deal with this alone.
