Procedure cancelled…

Was due to go to Preston First Trust for a BA and nipple lift today but it was cancelled this morning 2 hours before my admission.

Is anyone else in the same boat // has anyone had the same thing in the past? How efficient are they at rescheduling etc?

Hi Rachel, i was also cancelled. I was absolutley heart broken this morning when I had my call at 7.10am. I’ve heard from a consultant this afternoon but only to say there is no news.
I take it we had the same surgeon Mr Mileto?
I hope he’s ok.
I’ve been so anxious all day just waiting to hear some news, his recovery time, a new diary date anything really but had no answers at all.
I’d really Syked myself up for it today. I was due in at 12.30. I was just ready.
Hope we hear something tomorrow. X

I’m in the same boat, my admission was 1:30pm yesterday and it was cancelled at 7am. I’m absolutely gutted!!! ? My PC has confirmed that the X-ray has confirmed his not broken but still waiting to hear anything else.

Thats so bad they shoukd offer u some money back il go mad if this ever happens to me short nitide as I live 3 hours away xx

Omg girls why was your procedure cancelled? I had my surgery Sunday and was always worried this would happen. Have they said about rescheduling ?

I was heart broken too!! Had it booked for 3 months and was so excited for it.
I’ve heard that he’s not broken it.
I was informed by another lady that had the same thing that she was offered the 12th May with Mr Mileto. Although I’ve yet to hear anything about rescheduling.
When my PC Gemma rang me yesterday she said she was going to give me a call today and let me know about the rescheduling of it.
I’m devastated and fuming at the same time – I wish there would be some sort of compensation but I doubt it.
If anyone gets a call about alternative dates will you post it so we can see if we’re all on the same page?

I have spoken to Lauren today. I haven’t had a date confirmed yet. But looking at mid May. Possibly a Sunday.
I’m just happy I have had some clarification that it’s not gonna be months and months away.
My smile is back!
