The difference between the two is how the implant is projected off your rib cage so the high profile will measure slightly more across where the extra high comes off from the rib cage more projecting more towards the front the position is placed the same with low, medium low, medium, high, extra high

Has your surgeon suggested the two types of projections? If so which one did he or she say was best for you? It depends if you have alot of your own breast tissue already and are empty on top an extra high projection will be better then the full in order to fill out the emptiness, an extra High doesn’t necessarily give you the ‘fake look’ but I think if you do want a more natural look then go for the high projection TSF as youve been given the option then between the two go for that I’d say.

Mr Traynor has suggested 560 or 605 TSF but a consultant at transform has suggested 565 TSX….both slightly different opinions. I am pretty empty yeah….the transform cons said I’d be very natural with slight droop so to have the extra full to help with the oomph…mr Traynor said the full would be fine and the extra full can sometimes look like rockets!! Confused!!haha…not booked yet, want it done ASAP so gonna have to get deciding! Xx
