pump up implants??????

Ok so my friends friend just had her boobs done and i wa like aww what did she have (boob obsessed lol) and my friend said she had ones with valves so she can pump them up abit!!! Is this for real? Xxx

I thought it was saline implants that could be ‘pumped up’ but i dunno for sure ?? xx

She said shes going bk to get more in….watt??? I did not think this was possible lol xxx

Yea might be to have more saline solution added …I reckon that’s gotta be it….have you probed her about it?? Lol xx
