put on 9lbs after ba!

5 days post op and gutted I have put on 9lbs!!!!! How has this happened in a matter of days?!?!

It will just be retained water don’t worry in a few weeks you will be back to normal x

Hey don’t stress it does take a while but you will go back to normal. Its a mixture of the meds and and the GA. I only weighed myself once and didn’t again till I felt felt normal as there is nothing you can do to change it so no point stressing xxxx

Part of it will be the weight of your new boobies!! The rest will be water weight and bloat from the dreaded anaesthetic! Give it a week and you’ll be back to normal plus the extra for the boobs 😉

Hi Ash, I purposely didn’t weight myself for 2 weeks, as I looked so bloated … but the scales were fine after 2 weeks … you will be fine xxx
