Question

Hi ladies I’m 16 day post op now and I’ve had enough with my sports bras my swellings gone down loads so some are a lot tighter/ looser than the other would it be alright to just go a hour without one on? My back is in bits from being stiff xx

I went bra less for a few hours a day when the bra was annoying me. However I can wear normal bras now during the day. I didn’t go with MYA though so my surgeons advice is different

I usto take my sports bra off for a few hours a day and sometimes went a night without wearing it and my boobs are fine so I’m sure you will be to☺xx

Ah thank you, I’m gonna try go a few hours tonight without! Might feel a bit better! Xx
