    I’ve came across a sports bra and don’t no whether its suitable or not.. Its called shock absorber active zipped plunge sportss bra.. Am I able to wear a plunge straight away or is it not advisable.. I just wondered lol! X

    I asked this other day to the nurse and she said sometimes is okay as it’s plunge but not al the time xx

    I had the exact bra and it’s so supportive I wore it from 4weeks but wish I had found it earlier as it was the best I had xx

    I think this one is called plunge just because of the way it comes down around the chest, I don’t think it’s a plunge bra in the way we normally think of ‘plunge’ bras! I did get this bra but it didn’t fit so had to return it! Seemed good quality and supportive though – was just too small for me! x

    Thanks girls.. I found a shock absorber one than seemed better.. My op isn’t until jan so got a while but makes it all that more real 😉 x

    If in doubt I would check with your pc or nurse they should be able to advise you. So long as it’s not underwired I’m sure it will be fine. X
