Question post surgery journey home

I’m having surgery 2 and a half hours from home. Just curious do you think they would let me leave and get a train home alone? Trying to save my husband travelling and and back with 2 kids in tow as will have broken up from school

No they won’t let you, you need to have someone with you after surgery! X

i live in scarborough and my surgery was in preston took 2 and half hours, my dad drove me. I could not of thought of anything worse than travelling back on my own especially with carrying my day bag you will be so stiff and feel horrible from the anesthetic xx
