Quoted way too much!!!! I could get a mortgage with that!!!!!

Does anyone have any picture of there tubular breasts before and after procedure with just a breast augmentation and not an uplift as I’ve been for my consultation and been quoted way too much as they have advised an uplift and I don’t feel like I need an uplift as I like how my breasts look just want them looking more fuller. This has really knocked my confidence down 🙁

I had tubular and just had a ba no uplift with me Giannitrapani. I ended up with 450hp overs xx

I was advised by one surgeon that I needed an uplift and an enlargement which was going to cost £. I went with a different surgeon who said I only really needed an uplift one side and they’d only be 1 cm difference, so not to bother.. I really thought I’d need an uplift as mine were quite droopy & really empty (pic attached).
I had 360 hp overs no uplift and to start with I was really worried about high up they were………daft after all the worry about them being droopy. I’m 5 weeks post op now and they’re settled down but aren’t droopy they’re still nice and firm. I’d get a few different opinions and see what the majority think.

That’s great to hear. I went to see two surgeons. One said 275-300cc max without uplift. The other one said 400cc upwards but would need uplift, but costs a hell of a lot more, but can do 350 or 400 with risk of drooping. I am due to go back an confirm again with the last surgeon. I don’t want my surgery too costly :0 ( it sucks that we can’t compare prices.

I didn’t have tubular breasts but I had a slight droop for whixh I had a mini uplift with implants.
An uplift is an additional proceedure which means ur asleep for longer, are higher risk as u are under anesthetisia for longer being monitored by the anesthetist which is not cheap and because u have more drugs in ur system ans have had more invasive surgery u therefore have to stay overnight which is an additional cost.

It is a tad bit more you are right!

I nearly fell off my chair when I saw how much more it was but I weighed up my options and thought it worked out cheaper in the long run and my results would be perfect first time which they are.

When it comes to your body especially surgery I don’t personally feel u should compromise on quality and good surgery is rarely cheap as a compromise comes in somewhere. That could be from the aftercare, implants used even drugs given during op. I recently read about a girl who went to Turkey for a proceedure who ended up on hospital because she had an allergic reaction to the anesthetic she was given.

I watched lots of episodes of botched and reviews of bas and uplifts gone wrong on YouTube to realise why it can be so expensive.

However there are payment options available that you could consider or u can do the proceedures separately which will eventually cost more. Failing those two options u can also get consultation with a competitor and see how much the difference is. If it really comes down to price it may help you see also that there may not be much difference and then u would be looking at the surgeons available /what they have offered and what uplift they would want to give as there are several different types.

Plus remember many women have to have more than one ba in their lifetime due to bodily changes or implant changes so bare that in mind.

Mr Traynor was great for me. I had 500cc over the muscle and I finally have the round boobs I always wanted. What I would say is go with what the surgeon recommends and have a few different consultations if you aren’t sure. Surgery definitely isnt something to rush in to lightly!

At the time of my consultation Mr Traynor asked if I wanted to change my nipples (they were the usual puffy tubular nipple) at the time I decided against this as I was never too bothered by them and always thought my boobs were the issue. Anyway, I now wish I had thought more about it as I am now considering another operation as my nipppes aren’t like I want. I have my 12 week check up today so will be discussing options with the surgeon!

You are giving me much hope to say that I hope I do not need an uplift as mine currently look very similar to how you were and I have breastfed two kids, so am currently very empty! x Also, who was your surgery with and where? xx

Sorry I’ve not been on for soooo long and have just noticed you’re question………Yes I fed 2 babies and exercise a lot hence the empty bags! I got mine done with Pall Mall Medical in Liverpool.x

I would maybe get a 3rd opinion to see if different or more like one of the 2 you got x

I can’t seem to message you Lucy but was going to ask how much and where have you been looking. Iv got a consultation not with mya this week. Seems cheaper but I’m confident iv got an amazing lady surgeon who used to work with mya and a few other well known company’s x

Could you let ,r know who your surgeon was and what implants you had?
