Rash

Anyone else get a rash on their chest/shoulder area during recovery?

I thought it was a heat rash from the sun but it’s still here over a week later and not sure if it’s from the GA or anything?

I had a horrible rash and it was a delayed reaction to the dressing. If you want to private message me I’m happy to discuss with you but I ended up on a course of antibiotics. It may be different from mine and I don’t want to worry you but I would advise you to speak to a nurse on Monday to get it checked out.

Yes !! It was horrible all over my chest I thought mine was a heat rash mine didn’t go for ages xxx

It’s so strange isn’t it! So bumpy and I want to squeeze them to get rid of them but I can’t because they’re not proper spots! Ahhhh! xx

Yeah I squeezed them and made it worse I’m such a picker lmao xxx

@brookeculleton I had a good collection of pimples, joy

I do did hun o think it’s where you have to wear a post op bra 24:7 for the first 6 weeks I had awful dry skin aswell for same reason xxx

Yessss, i had what looked like heat rash all over my stomach and ribs and hips and slightly on my arms. Turned out to be a reaction to the tablets i was given, stopped taking and disapeared in a few days.

Yeah I’ve heard it could be a delayed reaction! Thanks girls xx
